Today = Wan Nee - วันนี้

Tomorrow = Proong Nee - พรุ่งนี้

Next two days = Ma Ruen Nee - มะรืนนี้

I don't think so:

ผมจะไม่มาชายหาดอีกสองวัน(ต่อไป)

Doesn't this mean "I will not come to the beach in two days"?

อีกสองวันผมมาอีกครั้งหนึ่ง

Doesn't this mean "In two days I will come to the beach one more time"?

Next two days = Ma Ruen Nee - มะรืนนี้

Doesn't this mean "The day after tomorrow"?

สองวันต่อไป ผมจะไม่ไปชายหาด

Yes, thank you! That's what I have been looking for: สองวันต่อไป (the next two days).

Just want to point out that just หาด means beach.

ชายหาด means more like seashore or seaside or a long stretch of beach.
