orchidlady
A friend was leaving Thailand and moving back home so she gave me her HP 6310 officejet printer. I know the printer worked before . . Upon disassembling the cords to pack it, the usb connector (HP 8121-0868) got damaged on the top corners. I feel 2 sharp pieces of metal(must have damaged her computer port based on how this part feels). As a result it won't fit into my lap top usb port. Will I be able to find a replacement usb cable at pantip/fortune city and buy a replacement? or do I have to order one from the Internet? bino
Should not be a problem to find a generic replacement USB printer cable at any decent computer place like Fortune or Pantip.
dave111223
Just get any A-B USB cable (doesn't need to be HP):

I got an a-b usb from office depot and it works. Edited November 26, 2011 by Crossy fixed the quote :)
