I've lived close to Asoke for some time now so the sight of a beaming white guy strutting proudly down the street hand in hand with his barfined skank for the night is one I'm all too familiar with. I ask because, these days, there are noticeably more Indians, Africans and other non-white males trawling the likes of Soi Cowboy and Nana looking for a result but, although I regularly see them accompanied by obviously barfined girls, I hardly ever see them holding hands with her.

Is it some sort of monger code to other men along the lines of "this one's taken; back up, sucka" or is it because they yearn for the so-called "girlfriend experience" ?? If I was into the gogo bar thing and barfined a bird, the last thing I'd do is hold her hand walking down the street.

Maybe someone can shed light light on this.
