Man arrested following theft of money from Pattaya Floating Market store

PATTAYA: -- A man was caught on his 3rd attempt at stealing money from a money box at a shop located within the Pattaya Floating Market in Jomtien. Police were called to the location by security guards who spotted the suspect, Khun Reungrort aged 23 inside the Mongkol Siam Store, which sells Buddhist-related items and also gives customers the opportunity to fill money boxes and pray in front of life-size models of Buddhist Monks. The suspect claims he was previously employed by the shop and was aware that the money box was not well secured at night
