Just started drinking this drink, Instant Black Sesame, the packet says many benefits,

Contains B1,B2,B5,B6,B12 Calcium, Anti-oxidants.

Contains Linoleic, reduces cholesterol level in the blood, brightens facial skin (promotes weight loss)

Improves Immunity, reduces allergy, Improves vitality in children and promoting physical growth, improves memory, has high fiber content , Improves excretion, improves sleep, relieves stress, improves mood/temperament, delays the aging process, relieves pain in the joints, knees, body aches, fatigue, numbness of hands and feet, improves vision and nerves, relives osteoporosis.

If all this is true I should be one of the healthiest humans on the planet soon, it’s a nice drink though!!

We got ours from the hospital but I think they will sell it in any Tesco etc

No idea if it will make you feel younger, try it and see!!
