My wife and I are moving/retiring to Pattaya at the end of the month and one of the condos we will be looking at first is in the Bayview Resort up the coast.

I am wondering if anyone has any experience with this complex - baht bus to/from Pattaya, internet service, local restaurants and mini-mart within walking distance, etc.

We know it is a bit far out of town, but one of the attractions is the peace and quiet that comes with that distance.

Appreciate any information that folks can provide.
