With you on the not throwing away meds. However, they would need to be prescribed. Swallow it. Bin your tablets that is my best advice. I hate it when you leave a hospital with a bag of shi*e that you know you will use half of but have not been able to convince the pharmacist that you reallydon't need any more paractetamol/unblocing elixir/nose drops etc.
