Due to Dec.10th, constitution day, falling on a Saturday this year there is an extra government holiday on Monday the 12th. This means that all boders will be open as usual, but all immirgaiton offices, Thai embassies abroad and foreign embassies in Thailand itself will be closed.

In addition keep in mind that after this week the extra immigration offices in Bangkok can no longer be used. As of Dec. 13th one can only go to the regular immigration office at Chiang Wattana road.

(I'm not sure about the extra offices for Ayuthaya, etc)

I have to return on the 13th for my extension, temporary office for Nonthaburi was at Suan Phlu, my wife is gonna find out where they will be located, should have the answer today or tomorrow. Alternatively poster "lazygourmet" is friendly with the boss of the Nonthaburi office, maybe he can shed some light on to this.

Just called Singapore, they are open on the 12th. Business as usual was the ladies reply.
