Asking about claiming asylum in Thailand, so moved to Thai visas etc.

You might want to look into Canada and/or the US. Canada is definitely known to take in lots of refugees.

as i said, contact German Embassy personally and ask for advice how to proceed. no need to beg for some shitty refugee status in another country. you don't even need to state a specific reason why you want to acquire German nationality.

by the way, in my home country Germany they say jokingly "if your great-grandfather has kept a German Shepherd dog in Kasakhstan you are entitled to German citizenship."

fact: tens of thousands of "Russlanddeutsche" have moved from all areas of the former Soviet Union (especially after the break-up) to Germany.
