Two Cambodian Monks questioned by Police at Sattahip Garden Center

SATTAHIP: -- Two Monks were spotted at a Garden Center in Sattahip on Tuesday Morning and there was a suspicion they were not Thai and may not be real Monks. At 10am on Wednesday Police were called to the location and determined the two Monks were from Cambodia. Both were carrying passports and had entered Thailand legally. Both were carrying papers confirming they were real monks. Police questioned the fact they were receiving alms at this late hour as it was normal practice for monks to do this between 5am and 7am. The Cambodian Monks claimed they were unaware of this and had come to Thailand for a month.
