1 Year Non-Immigrant Visa From Hull

Recommended Posts

With the recent crackdown on the Multi-entry - 12 month 'friends and family' visa I wondering if they grant them for farang's who are unmarried, but have a 1 year lease on an apartment or house?

I seem to recall someone saying they got one ok doing it this way as they show 'ties to Thailand' or something like that?

I'm expecting a wall of skepticism and nay-sayers but maybe there's something.....

or bank balance = to 900 month x12

That's if you're married though.

I guess work permit is the only way open for most single guy's who dont fancy getting into the mugs game of marriage in LOS...

No thats for retirement, (multi entry Non O) If over 50yrs then show Hull statements showing monthly deposits of 900+ and apply for a Non O for retirement.

Once in Thailand and you wish you can then extend via immigration providing you meet the financials 65000 THB a month or 800,000 in a Thai Bank or a combo of both.

It is for a multi entry non immigrant O visa - Hull can not issue a long stay (retirement visa) and 1 years extensions of stay are issued by immigration inside Thailand. If you intend to retire in Thailand only a single entry visa would be required and it could be done inside Thailand for 2,000 baht if you meet the retirement extension financial conditions.
