jombom
"A good example is when a drunken tourist is playing with a tuk-tuk or taxi and the vehicle ends up getting damaged. The driver asks for compensation" hahaha, how is it the tourist fault? drunk or sober? was the tourist driving the taxi or tuk-tuk? How exactly does a passenger play with a tuk tuk or taxi ?? This is a new one for me. What exactly is the poor man talking about ?? (oops maybe getting his jet skis mixed up)

The mayor's brother is the president of the Patong tuk tuk association that collects a fee from all the drivers in Patong....
steelepulse
It's actually the mayor's son who is the president of the esteemed Patong tuk tuk association. And people wonder why nothing changes in regards to the tuk tuks there. Connect the dots people.
KKK
Just what kind of journalist wrote this story? Most definately one that was able to copy down what he was told. But definately not one with a brain that could ask an intelligent question of the interviewed. Is this the best the Phuket gazette can come up with> No wonder it is regarded as a rag.......a newspaper it most certainly isn't......
