It Solutions Manager - Central Bangkok

[Apothecary]

We are hiring for an IT Solutions Manager.

Your main roles are:

- To look after the existing customer base (presenting and advising them on ways to improve their IT, coordinating with the internal staffing to provide ongoing support, helping with technical questions and support),.

- Develop new business (respond to sales enquiries, do initial meetings and presentation, build relations)

- Help with the internal office (some marketing, look after CRM system, help internal staff)

Your background

- A good IT background in Windows technologies (Windows OS, Office, Windows Server, Exchange, SQL etc.)

- Understanding of main A/V, Backup, Helpdesk applications

- Understanding of email systems and connectivity with smart phones.

- Experience with presenting IT Solutions and a good understanding of IT concepts and technologies.

- Presentable appearance.

About you

You are a minimum of 28 years old. You are looking to work here for 3 years minimum (not just on a long holiday). Preferably you have a steady relationship (Thai or otherwise). You are active and confident and forward thinking. You can do meetings and take a lead role in the development of new business and maintaining existing business. You are not uncomfortable to work 10 hour days when needed or put some time in weekend to ensure the business is well taken care of. I'm looking for someone who wants to grab the bull by the horns and make a difference where they get a benefit from doing so. You are motivated by success and want to win. You are a team player. You are able to handle different people and lead them. You are a self starter. You are driven to be the best and want your team to be excellent. You have a love for IT and seeing how you can make a meaningful improvement to people and organizations through technology. Your feel rewarded by doing good work and seeing how others benefit from your work.

Reward

Base Salary 70k-80k. Additional reward based on performance.
