Pattaya’s eyes to the skies during full lunar eclipse

pattaya: -- Pattaya residents and tourists were looking to the skies on Saturday Night and enjoyed a full lunar eclipse. One of the best places to view the eclipse was the famous Pattaya Viewpoint located at the top of the Pratamnuk Mountain. We joined hundreds of people there as they enjoyed the 51 minute eclipse which resulted in the moon appearing red in color which is known to be caused by an indirect shadow from the Sun. This eclipse began at 7.46pm when the moon entered the earth’s penumbra and began passing the umbra at 9.56pm.
