Bombs Suspect A 'Former Red-Shirt Guard'

In many countries, if a murder occurs during the commission of a crime, all those party to committing the lesser crime share the guilt of the murder including accessories before and after the event. That share of guilt may be lessened if you disavowed the violence, stated that you had no prior knowledge of intent, and reported it to the authorities. I don't recall these actions being taken by any reds or their sympathisers, so I guess a blanket judgement is warranted.

Stating "We committed no crimes." gets you nowhere.

I nearly quoted this nonsense for future use. But then I thought to myself " is it worth it with a poster who makes it up as he goes along?"

Another fake red shirt. My my, they just never go away.:violin:

This is about as real as these terrorist scumbags come, perfect example of what the red shirts and their sympathizers are all about.

and a perfect example of blanket judgement

As usual. If you can't refute the post, malign the poster.

Feel free. If you attended a "peaceful protest" for what you considered a just cause and saw armed men shooting automatic weapons or firing grenades from within the protester's ranks at the police/military supervising, WHAT WOULD YOU DO? Are you a peaceful protester or a criminal?

Could it just be possible that someone thought it would be a good idea to have a bomb scare to take the publisity away from Thaksin being given a passport?

We are told the alleged bomber wanted money he thought he was owed, could he have been given it and a job?

But then the bombs didnt go off so he had to be punished (arrested)for that mistake.

We wait to see what will happen to him.

Released on bail never to be seen again and the whole thing forgotton.

Your suggestion is possible but questionable. To divert attention away from the Thaksin passport issue would clearly have taken a bit more than this such as the bombs actually going off and a long drawn out manhunt to keep the press occupied, even then it would struggle to keep Thaksin off the front page.

Since you have openned the door to speculation and conspiracy theories maybe there are other options to look at such as certain parties trying to destabalise the government or even the distraction motive that you brought up but from a different matter after all this news does seem have removed the Supoth corruption scandal from the news with its possible alleged links to the BJT party.

So, he's a goat herder from Isan or he's a coconut seller from Bangkok....................................?

He was a goat herder, who came to Bangkok and apparently sold coconuts.

And to Thaksin and the Red Shirt leaders he is "gunfodder"

I think the whole Thaksin passport issue is to take the publicity away from the fact that hundreds of billions of baht are being looted from the Treasury.

Easy Choice

I I am a genuine peaceful protestor I would leave

I would stay if it was intention to join what has now become an illegal gathering

that's nothing to do with what i'm saying or what you said... i stated that he made a blanket judgement on the red shirts by the actions of this man planting bombs and your reply qualifying this blanket judgment equates to saying that they all have an involvement with this one mans action... and i think that's an absolute nonsense statement.
