A cheap pick up or something like that would be fine. I tried to search the car rental service here on TV but it didn't seem to work! My American drivers licence accepted - never a problem yet. Tried budget rent a car and the cheapest on offer was 5,700baht. Not too bad, but I think I will look around for an even cheaper quote!
