But as you can see on the picture -sorry bad quality and no time to crop and/or re-edit- be ready for a long wait. There were at least sixty people queuing outside and maybe one hundred inside. If the staff from Nonthaburi have returned there, then there will be no=one at Chaengwattana to assist you. I would play safe and go to the normal out in the sticks office.
