Does anybody know of a "good" ISP for a Surin dial-in service?

A coupe of years ago I tried a local conrete company but that wasn't too good.

CScoms used to be OK but since joining with loxinfo it's gone down hill.

The 1222 service increased the price of my local calls by 300%.

Everything seems to get worse instead of better. but this is the LOS!

I'm on A-net anytime monthly card which is very slow at times but TOT have just started up a high speed service that is supposed to be very good - you have to sign up for it though and I'm waiting to see if it does take off and gives a good service before I sign up for a year.

It was advertised on the TV last month with a special sign up offer (finished now though) but as I said I'm going to wait and see before commiting to a years payments before signing.

Not sure what you mean by your 1222 service going up by 300% - A-net use it and we've just had the phone bill in with no call changes on it?
