Navy personnel receive flood grants at the Sattahip Navy Base

SATTAHIP: -- Members of the Royal Thai Navy whose families were affected by the recent floods in Central Thailand have received special grants to assist them in rebuilding their homes. At the Sattahip Navy Base on Wednesday, Rear Admiral Nopadon led a short ceremony where 44 sailors received grants of 2,000 Baht each to assist their families. This is believed to be an initial payment with the promise of additional help in the near future.
