Used to get the magazin one week beforehand but has not yet received it.Some other people got it I wonder? Yes,I could try to contact UBC (True vision),but it is usually not a nice experience...By the way,talking of that,they made an appointment with me to come and install the new HD receiver on 21/11 last year.Haven`t even heard from them yet.Before that,on an other occasion,when my receiver didn`t work and they also promised to come,they at least called and told my wife,that they took care of another customer instead,because "he lived closer" to them....

I did get the monthly UBC magazine a week or so ago. Also made an appointment in early December for HD box and haven't heard squat from them yet.

got my mag last week,and 2 weeks ago new reciever,came within 24 hours of going to office,never had any proplems with true visions,but you never no.

used to collect mine from the office as it rarely turned up and if it did was always late. now cancelled and thanks to technology by WD watch what i want when i want. into Dexter at the moment great series can watch 3-4 episodes on the trot. also have a selection of 200 movies. UBC not worth the money and crap service.

I've been receiving the UBC magazine 2 to 3 weeks late for over a year now.

Good thing is the bills also come late.
