If anyone knows if there is a 'proper' vets that can chip them and do the serological anti-rabies done please let me know where in Pattaya.

Try the Pattaya Animal Hospital, I use the one located on NernPlubWan but they do have other locations.

Thanks ..called the South Pattaya Animal hospital and it appears they do offer the the microchip and rabies test.
