Any Mu7 And Samsung S2 Owners Out There?

Featured Replies

(not a discussion about the MU7!)

Hi

My boring old iPhone works well with the MU7. The hands free, bluetooth streaming and the USB port all work well.

I'm thinking of buying a Samsung Galaxy S2 but I really need to know that it works as well as the iPhone with the MU7 audio interface. I'd hate to lose the hands-free and bluetooth connections (USB not so important as that feeds the kids video while I'm listening to the radio).

I'm not sure if all those protocols are standard and the S2 will work fine.

Anybody got any experience?

Thanks

Mick

I don't know the MU7 but if it's a matter of bluetooth interface I believe the SGS2 is superior to any Apple phone WRT BT implementation so I wouldn't worry about that.

Thanks Phil.

Sometimes I'm a dozy git...I forgot about my Galaxy Tab (maybe because the kids always have it).

About an hour ago I connected it via Bluetooth and everything worked great. Off to buy the S2 now

Good luck. You might also want to consider checking out the Galaxy Nexus :)

Well, not only does everything work, but as Phil suggested it is better.

I've had.my car for two years and whether I'm streaming music.from the iPhone or listening to the radio via the internet, the sound always skipped every few seconds. I just accepted it.

Today listening to the Danny Baker show on Radio 5 driving home it was great, no interruptions at all!

So far, so great. Should have dumped the boring iPhone yonks ago.
