Non Imm O Visa Advice - 90 Day Renew - How?

Featured Replies

Hi

I have a Non Imm 1 year multi entry O visa for a volunteer work placement here in Bkk. Next week my first 90 day stamp is up.

Where and how do I get on about doing this? Do I need to leave Thailand (visa combodia / loas and return) or can I go to imigration office here in Bkk?

Also do I need to take any documents with me...I know if I go out of the country I need photo etc for the other country visa, but do I need anything to retrun to thailand?

i.e: another letter from my work placement, proof of address or anything else?

Also If i have to do the border run trip....can I use one of the visa run services I found one the interent for my 90 day? Or are they just for tourist visa's?

For example the big bus companies that leave from Ekkamai and On nut? I done it by public transport last year and we got shoved into a mini van on the way back cause the public bus was empty except us.... :(

Thanks in advance......sorry if this has been asked many time before..if so could someone link me in the right direction?

You have to leave the country and return. you can stay for as long or little as you want.

You can use a company if you wish or go on your own.

You only need your Passport.

A photo would be needed if the country you are entering requires a Visa for entry.
