Have been living at Riverside a while now and have been ''informed'' by a couple of people that this was initailly built as a hospital??...Any long time members remember or have the facts about this?

Was it actually used as a hospital? was it only originally designed to be one , but never used, or is it just not true? Thanks..

It is just not true.

Fact is however that the Rajavej Hospital (300y away only) was build as a hotel. Mid 90ties it was transformed to a private hospital by BKK doctors.

Sadly they didn't retain the cocktail bar for terminal patients.......
