Cheers

That's a start. Parking? Customer volume? Retail exposure? And if so target audience; locals, long stays, short stay tourists? Or strictly administrative?

Not trying to pry, but I too have been looking. There is a lot to choose from, but finding the right one for my needs has been tough. Plus not many are listed via the web in English, but every agent you talk to knows of several to many options.

There is also The Office + (http://theofficeplus.com/) and Life In Town (http://www.lifeintownchiangmai.com/index.php/office-for-rent)

Unfortunately I don't know anything in regards to pricing. However, will be very interested to hear what you find out, as I am also considering something like this.

I've been considering renting a cheap'ish studio apartment/ room (in the below 5K THB range) and using that as office space. The issue I have found tho, is that the buildings in that price range want to force you to use their super shitty, shared wi-fi internet and wont allow you to have your own phone line, decent ADSL line strung in.

Hey Mestizo.Thx for the links. I have been looking at these as well, but the offfice plus is around 18k minimum pr. month and lifeintown are not what i am looking for, i dont like the space.

I don't need an "office" but I'd like a boys room. A place away from where I live where I can play games (I'm a gamer), hang out with some friends, maybe a foosball table, and not have Thai TV blaring in the background while we do.

Used to have a place like this back in the States, was a great get away for a couple of hours here and there.

Just curious, what is wrong with Sripanich and APB you linked too in the OP?

We looked at these when searching for space about three years ago. Also in Pantip Plaza, Icon square and KSK, upstairs they have units that can be used as offices. We were advised against Pantip/Ikon due to the high risk of regular raids by anti-piracy police. Not that we do anything remotely illegal, but it will be an inevitable hassle and expenserolleyes.gif . Another was Punna Place (Nimmanhemin Soi 6).

Just outside your red circle - there are a couple of nice new stand alone office units for rent just off the Superhighway by the Grand View hotel - on Taewarit Rd (opposite the Tarin hotel and about 100M in from the Superhighway). Dunno how much, but they have about three floors so would guess at least 20K per month.
