There are so many places in Bangkok where bare chested females can be seen in public (Soi cowboy, Nana, patpong, pattaya ....). There is also no shortage of gambling dens. What these people have done is put 2 and 2 together and come up with a new formula for vice. Its like watching porn and gambling at the same time.
