If you can touch them they are real enough.. I can touch a REAL mannequin too but don't really have any desire to, every bit as plastic in my mind .. If it's illegal here it's.........ALLOWABLE...........as long as backhanders are paid. In near every town most of the towns people can tell you where arranged gambling is held, local lottery, chicken fights, ride without your helmet after you've been fined, massive corruption at local level, any person in Thailand could write a book on the illegalities. This would give Thailand the correct image of a holiday country and not a sex and gambling place, however gambling and prostitution is going one around the world for more than 5000 years, it`s almost same culture.
