Pet vaccinations, sterilization offered at Jittapawan Temple

PATTAYA: --Pattaya’s Public Health and Environment Office offered free vaccinations and sterilization for pets in the Jittapawan Temple neighborhood.

The Jan. 10 outreach program was aimed at controlling the animal population, as many unwanted pets are left at temples such as Jittapawan when their owners discard them. Vaccinations against rabies and other diseases also promote safety in the community, city workers said.
