Junior Web Marketing:

Junior Web Marketer will implement, manage and measure strategic online and e-commerce marketing programs and processes in support of the company’s overall marketing initiatives and sales goals. He/she will identify and implement projects that engage customers through search engine optimization, affiliate programs, social media, mobile, and other emerging online channels.

The responsibilities:

1. Implement effective e-commerce experiences to increase conversion rates and improve online sales revenue.

2. responsible for online stores, consumer e-marketing communications (email and social media), web analytics and measurements, and retention programs and promotions.

3. Database marketing – maintenance of lists, segmentation, compliance with data law, goal setting and tracking (e.g. conversion)

4. Data input – this will be determined by the needs of the organisation

5. Contribute a passion and ongoing knowledge of internet and digital marketing as a key member of the marketing team

6. Other related work.

Requirements:

1. Ability to meet agreed objectives and to work to tight deadlines

2. Ability to quickly assimilate information

3. Competency in short key on PC mainboard and internet surfing.

4. Well organised

5. Filipino and Indian is preferable

6. No work experience is needed
