I'm amazed and impressed he's able to put out a column at all. You can only talk about which is better, Nana, Soi Cowboy, or Patpong so many times without going out of your mind yet he gets it done every week for a decade now. I can remember first reading it in 2003 and wondering how much more there could be to say about bargirls and 9 years later he's still going strong.

To be fair to Stick, he tries to veer away from the Nana, Cowboy, Patpong thing but the mongers - a huge slice of his reader demographic - tend to bitch about it when he does so for anything more than a week at a time. I suspect he's bored out of his mind but the site is very commercially successful and I doubt he's figured out a way to match the income from doing something else in Thailand.
