They need to bring onboard quite a few well test / production supervisors as well as an experienced Operations Manager. The latter role will require a solid back ground in Well Testing, and will have moved onto production management. Full expat terms available, but if goes without saying, prior experience in this exact field (offshore assets) is a prerequisite.
