hehe you are right, you can find anything in thaivisa. But there are also few blogs that I know (like Bangkok Diaries). Unfortunately they are not updating often. All of their authors moved to Thaivisa? I would like to see something like a deeper information about Bangkok life, events, stories etc...

whatismatt dot com/top100 has listing of 254 blogs that are supposed to be Thai related. You can probably find something there. I am listed there as well but I don't blog about Bangkok.

    Hi ‘Thraz’ in your topic header you ask about information on Thailand…And then your next post you ask; “would like to see something like deeper information about Bangkok life, events, stories etc...” Which is it Thailand or Bangkok? Not trying to split hairs mate but Bangkok is not a very good overall representation of Thailand as a whole!

    I think TV is pretty good for info; all the information posted is of the highest caliber and integrity........WPFflags.gif

    Have to say….Reading blogs tends to leave me with one guy’s opinion…..And a lot leave me feeling they never set foot in Thailand.

    Good question. Hopefully somebody has some good blogs to post.

    Perhaps somebody should create a Thailand wiki-type website.

    I'm thinking something like a map of Thailand, with all the provinces/major cities. The user can click the province and you are taken to a general info page for that province/city. It would list major festivals, foods they are famous for, famous sites, population, demographics/incomes stats, etc.
