Is it a Thai bank ATM or a card from another country. Some more info might help.

My Bangkok bank card only works in BKK B. machines. Odd.

Sounds like a data mis-read, has it worked since in a different ATM?

If not the data on the mag-stripe is likely damaged so time for a new card.

ATM card from what bank or system? Are you sure the ATM you tried to use allows use of that type card?

i have 2 cards from the US, the one from bank of america works, the one from a credit union is always getting locked down, then i have to call to let them know im overseas and stop locking it.
