Nutrient dense is more important. Intermittent fasting is easy for me, maybe not for you. Exercising is easy for you, it's not for me, neither is wrong, but adjust elsewhere to maximise the benefits that do work for you. If common sense fails, fall back on 'RTFM' advive, when it comes to shopping for processed food = it has a label, then, 'RTF Label', . First, avoid foods with labels, as much as possible. Not easy for everyone, but, if it does have a label ... ... if it has more the 4 ingredient, tread lightly ... if it has added sugar, listed as carb, or sugar is first or second ingredient ... if you can't pronounce or don't know what the ingredient is ... more numbers than a science equation
