Have you tried www.italki.com? I used to use it to practice my Chinese writing. I remember seeing a number of Thai and non-Thai tutors who offer Thai language tutorials through Skype. Some even give you a free 30 min trial. Worth trying IMO. Good luck.

Try verbalplanet. There are a couple of Thai teachers there. If you are in Europe and need lessons in the evenings try thaiskypeteacher. She is in the UK.
