February 14, 201214 yr Description An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller/ Accounts Assistant to join our team. Key responsibilities of the Credit Controller/ Accounts Assistant job will be to maintain the sales ledger for our APAC Sales Team based in our Bangkok office. The main duties will involve: · Ensure monthly invoicing is sent to our clients on time and is maintained and up to date · Collect monthly payments from our clients · Chase unpaid invoices · Maintain and update these records · Ensure all client contracts are signed and maintained · Maintain client contact information · Resolve clients queries, and act as liaison with Clients and the Campaign Manager · Circulate weekly, monthly and ad-hoc aged debtors reports with the Campaign Managers and Senior Management · Provide weekly and monthly management reporting · Provide ad hoc Sales statistics and sales support · Liaise with the UK finance department The ideal Credit Controller/ Accounts Assistant will possess the following attributes/skills: · Excellent communication and phone manner · Previous credit control experience, preferably in the UK or Australia · Ability to meet deadlines and work using own initiative and within a close knit team · Previous experience of Sage accounting Software and Sage Pay (not essential) This is an excellent opportunity for a Credit Controller/ Accounts Assistant to join our highly focused team.
