kenny999 Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 All of a sudden my hotmail windows live account has been blocked, I am unable to clear it because they keep using an email address I have not used for many years, so I can not get the code I need to unblock, what is going on and how do I get rid of this problem. MSPain Been there and nothing works because all of a sudden an email address I used many years ago has appeared, I am unable to get the code to re-set my password because it is using this old email, fuffing computers grr I have now created a new account but have lost all my contacts. Gone Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 Do you mean from "msn"? If yes then delete msn windows live from your computer. Download it again and try again. You normally have to go to www.hotmail.com first too before you can change passwords etc NOT direct to msn live windows. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
