MY WIFE OWNS LAND, AND I HAVE BOUGHT THE HOUSE. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE OWNERSHIP OF THE HOUSE.

THE AMPHUR TELLS ME THAT MY WIFE MUST HAVE HER NAME ON THE TABIEN BAAN (HOUSE REGISTRATION) AS OWNER BUT I CAN HAVE MY NAME ON ALSO AS AN OCCUPIER )I AM A THAI RESIDENT)

IS IT NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO BE ON THE HOUSE REGISTRATION AS OWNER?

IF NOT, HOW DO I PROVE OWNERSHIP OF THE HOUSE?

"EVERYTHINGS" that are on the land belong to the owner of the land.

That include the house, plants , trees and grasses that grown on it. :D

You can only make a lease agreement of 30 yrs with the landlord and have your name on the tabien baan as leasee. :o

For previou information: foreigner cant get house registration as owner, just only registration in house only. If you married with thai woman that mean everything you build or get after marry is belong to you and your wife as half, or if you have own business in thailand that mean you have 49% to hold on as ownership.Pigic
