PATTAYA:--Three motorbike taxi drivers and a Thai female were caught playing card and dice games on their mobile phones and betting on the outcome of their games within their group, which is in contravention of Thailand’s Gambling Laws.

Pattaya Police were on routine patrol on Pattaya Beach Road in front of the Amari Resort and Tower on Monday night, when they spotted the group in a circle and went to investigate. Money was seen in the center of the circle and the suspects were seen betting on the outcome of the online card and dice games by officers, who proceeded to arrest them. Evidence including the mobile phones and a small quantity of cash were seized by Police
