Green Valley Homeowners Assoc

Featured Replies

There are currently several issues with Green Valley management and the Homeowners are going to attempt to form a Homeowners Assoc and take over management of the project as allowed in the law.

Anyone intrested in either what is going on behind the scenes or in joining such an Association, please PM me

I recall anecdotally that ex-PM Taksin has a home in Green Valley. He or his extended family might be interested. Good luck.

I drove through Green Valley, some nice homes but many vacant lots with weeds and brush like a jungle. Broken uneven sidewalks. No security, they just let me drive right in. Can't say the place looked managed except for the golf course and the access to it but I heard that it was not owned by Green Valley.

Those are exactly some of the problems the Homeowners want to address, and why a Homeowners Assoc is needed
