Same same as BKK-stick to English when they ask, if you speak French don't waste your time it is almost impossible to understand what they are saying -Depose Vert or Rouge

Just remember that many ATMs in Vietnam does charge an extra fee like in Thailand.

I was last in Pham Ngu Lao quarter and ATMs were plenty even in some shops and hotels.

ATM's are plentiful as others have stated. Also, useful to have some US dollars for flexibility which are widely accepted in hotels and restaurants/shops in tourist areas.

Many thanks, i found ATM everywhere. Next time i will take all the $US i will need. Accepted everywhere and easy to change back to Bht eventually.
