Anyone have any idea what taxes and tariffs I would face if I imported a small bike 225cc?

I would want to get a plate for it.

A Yammie TW225 will never pass the emissions test but you could hire a fixer to get it through... All in all once you've paid shipping, duty, vat, inspection and registration you can expect to pay around double what it's worth back in Oz. If you have a lot of money to throw away, go for it! Personally I'd recommend you look at bikes that are already plated and legal in Thailand before you waste a lot of time and money importing one from Oz... Legal plated TW225's are pretty rare in Thailand, but they do exist.
