For the past 2 - 3 while surfing the net (usually uploading files from my hotmail account) on my own laptop, a new window opens with the reading "Google chrome has stopped working". I have the option clicking on "check for solutions" - which 9 out of 10 times usually works.

It's starting to annoy me. i'm wondering what is causing this problem?

What can I do to permanently fix it?
