Easiest And Cheapest Way To Transfer Cash To The Uk?

Im leaving soon (thank god) but Im unsure about transferring funds. I have a Thai bank account (Krung; worst bank ever) but im not sure of the easiest way to transfer cash back.

Any help would be most appreciated.
