I'm looking at putting together about 6 sets.

Home pro has some pretty good shovels and rope, not top of the line, but okay. If you want nylon sling type tow-ropes, go to a crane supplier. Jumber cables you can got to a welding supply, buy wire & ground clams and make you own.

I generally import any tools or what-not I need that have to be high quality.
