If they do not, can anyone, please, explain:

1) How a major company can NOT realise that its' website is not working correctly for TWO weeks, despite it having been reported 5 times, during that period?

Since the 20th of February it has been impossible to search the programme guide using the options - What's on Tonight/Live Schedule, Package, World

2) Yesterday (Sunday) during the Newcastle v Sunderland game I noticed that they were giving Saturday's HALF TIME scores as results!

No doubt the idiots responsible for ensuring that subordinates do their jobs properly will escape responsibility and some poor minions will be fired.

Sheesh!!

It never gives the results sorted by channel or time so you have to look through every page to get what you want.
