Where To File Income Tax Return?

Please could someone tell me where I need to go in Kathu to file my anual income tax return.

Just behind the Caltex station at Kathu. Going to Patong it's the small road to the left of the police check point. Drive up to police station, left to end, left again, park in front of the football field, in front door and tax office to the left side.

You can also enter at the school side on road to Phuket Town.
