Hi Mod can i move this to food section for better response ?

Hoisin Sauce in Thai is ฮอยซินซ็อส [hoy-sin-sot]

Maltose is (น้ำตาล)มอลโทส [nam-taan mol-toht]

Of course, you could save yourself the trouble and buy Walkers' Crispy Duck and Hoisin Sauce crisps - though they do taste vile.

Thanks AyG

I went to morning market and look for Maltose and they can't seem to understand what i said, maybe i pronounce wrongly so i thought there might be another Thai term for it.

I rather doubt you'll find maltose in a market. Outside of commercial food, the only use for it that I can think of is for glazing ducks. Probably have better luck with stores in Chinatown.

Incidentally, I slipped up with the romanization. [morn-toht] is closer. Mid tone, then falling town. Both vowels long.

The recipe i got for a roast pork ask for maltose. It's says that is the ultimate glaze or honey if you have too.
