I have my 7th year extension Non-O "Retirement" visa which I will renew in January. Is it possible for my wife to be added as a dependent when her work perit ends? I would speak with immigration as they may be able to do the same day as work ends if you both visit with required paperwork then (this may require marriage be recorded or translated in Thai records so best to prepare). If not during a 7 day pack-out extension. Or as worst case she obtains a new non immigrant O visa entry on basis of your marriage/passport with extension and then 60 days later obtains extension.
