Does anyone know of shop that sells things like dumbell kits, bars and plates? I saw some at Big C but the price was ridiculous (around 2000B for just one dumbell with 4 plates). I should be able to get a kit of 2 dumbells and 12 plates for that price. Cheers.

prices are shocking for whats basically scrap metal moulded into a comfortable shape

kettle bells are ridicuously expensive too (2k for the cheapest little one and then 4k 6k 8k+ etc

i joined a gym instead and now i pay 40 thb per year to use that and im normally the only farang there

most of the equipment is old and rusty and theres no music or aircon or mirrors or modern art ,just pain ........

and i wouldnt have it any other way :)
